I literally came up with the idea for this video nearly two years ago when this movie first came out; the lyrics fit beautifully for Tom and Summer's story. This movie means so much to me and every time I rewatch it, I find some new meaning in it. I guess I really wanted to portray how heartbreak and hope often go hand in hand. For me, the scenes at Millie's wedding and the reality/expectations splitscreen hit me the most. Letting go of love is not a one-time process and that there's always that undeniable hope that it isn't really over, however much pain that kind of wishful thinking can bring.

I wasn't a huge fan of this movie, but I did appreciate the story narrative. I think it was really creative from a technical standpoint. But I do love videos on this movie, they always display so much love and emotion and this def does.

I have heard so much about this movie "its awesome"...."so good", etc. but even then I never got around to seeing, that is until yesterday when this video popped into my sub box, and I was finally convinced to watch it and I did. :) <3 and everyone is right, this movie is absolutley amazing, I loved every minute of it. I am also certatin that I am in love with Joseph Gordon-Levitt lol. Anyways this video is beautiful, thank you

feels like i've been waiting so long for you to vid these two and now that you finally have, i want you to again and again and again. you portrayed the story perfectly and made me feel the heartbreak i always feel when i see this film...but also a sense of happiness...the hope for a better tomorrow and the release of the pain of letting go...the soft pace of your editing made the clips flow so fluidly. it's safe to say i'm definitely downloading this song to my ipod now lol.
