@mrktjobs Please tell me you are sarcastic! If you truly understand this video as you depicted then you need to focus more. This is true that people of idea often are engulfed with it and often overburden their interlocutors with knowledge and this video tries to persuade them to be more moderate towards people who come to learn something. It is just a call to make people interested in liberty and not to attack them with it. It is by no means call to lie and hide uncomfortable truth.

So what are you saying, that "libertarians" should hide their true positions on the economy, education, the environment and guns, in order to hoodwink people into joining their party?

You're making fun of these guys, but the guy who was going on about his hatred for public schools and teachers was actually not too much of an exaggeration. I met "libertarians" like that and they've even admitted that "some people's kids are too dumb to be in school".

I'm not going to support this party.
