Lori McWilliams talks about her Power over Parkinson's Disease. Lori is a 47 year old mother of three. She teaches full-time. She has a degree in Deaf Education and interprets at her church. In July 2006, Lori received the devastating news that she has Young Onset Parkinson's Disease (YOPD). This video describes her emotions of receiving that diagnosis, as well as the triumphs she has made overcoming her symptoms.

  • Inspiring! Thank you for your courage and for sharing your challenges with others. I know it will give other young people who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's hope for their future and a resolution to do as you are and not give in to the illness.
