1) Please drop the swab from the _wide_ end of both joints. This will allow any knots in the swab to be caught before they jam in the wing and allow the swab to pull moisture FROM the unlined to the lined side in the boot (Cooper, Herzberg, Laslie, Heckel). IMO, exactly wrong in the video.
2) Please draw a vacuum in the wing and boot and open each key individually to clear out moisture.
3) In 30 years of bassoon playing, I've never heard the long/bass joint called a main joint.

the swab with mine like doesnt fall through on the arch...it only has 1 single weight. like do i need to add like fishin weights?

I still think the low c bass clarinet is a better bassoon than a bassoon it self :/
