Yeah this commentator doesn't really know what he's talking about. Or he didn't really think it through in the heat of the moment.
Another king would give PH a fullhouse. Also, he says any card higher than a ten. The other 3 tens would also give chan the pot with two pair and a higher kicker.

Full house? what are you talking about, the flop was KTT, the turn was a Q. So A K would give both players 2 pair (kings and tens) and Chan with Ace kicker. A jack would give Chan broadway and also with a second Q 2pair with a better kicker. So any card higher than a ten would give Chan the pot.
