I found the soundscape to be a bit flat compared to the original. Still, it's a lot easier to criticize than to create, so kudos to your achievement.

nice remix! but theres something to improve which i cant describe, you need to work a bit on the break
and improve tht piano sound\add strings as background uplifiting sound.
also change that "fx" sound at 3:24-3:25 to a more serious one.
you do that and your track will be amazing.

i believe the original was also played with piano in the 1960s or so, it was an intro music to a russian tv news programme.somebody needs to post THE original and give credit to
the composer.
