This is a brief example of one of tw speed bag training sessions. Here he displays everything from hammer fists, to jabs, crosses, elbows, speed work and a few back to back switch head kicks. Tw's stand up is based on Muay Thai via Duke Roufus. Tw is 185lbs (walking weight) , 6' tall and has trained nearly daily for the past 4 years. Please note, since this is a bag session he is relaxed on his stance and guard, DO NOT do this in a sparring session, it allows him to be loose and more fluid for his training. Thus the grand advantage of the speed bag. Couple notes, the music is DOA and those things in the back round are called powerisers.

Very interesting and Good work on that Punching Bag
As showTimeJohnnyPal says you are an Up and Commer ! ! !
I find the Speed Bag not the best for Kicking, yet excellent for Punching..
Check The PunchProfessor on the Speed Bag ! ! !

Wow! The speed & accuracy of this guy are both... just incredible. Looks like a champ to me.

Hope this does not dupe my last entry. Fair punching - particularly like the side to side and circular movement - you are an up and comer - would like to see you increase your intensity and speed on the bag. Oh yeah, and good kicks. 5 stars!!! Showtime Johnny Pal

Like the circular and side-toside movement on the bag. Fair knowledge of different routines. Great kick exercise. You are an up and comer. Would like to see you ramp up the intensity of the bag punching. 5 stars!! Showtime Johnny Pal
