@Fugsy07 Elaine says it in an aussie accent because in the 1980's an Australian women actually claimed a dingo ate her baby. It was all over the news and Elaine is copying the woman by putting on the accent.

I get why Elaine is annoyed at these people who have just got engaged or married and who love saying 'my fiance' or 'my husband' every 2 seconds to rub everyone elses faces in it...I do NOT get why Elaine says 'maybe the dingo ate your baby' in an aussie accent?

@potzie83 She's poking fun at the fake way the other woman is pronouncing "fiancé". Meryl Streep was made fun of for her accent in the film where she played a Australian woman. One fake accent deserves another!
