Iso-Hoop Lesson - Anti Spin v.s. Isolation

A whompy hoop + chopsticks... hope it works! I've set my hoop up to show how the hoop rotates during isolations and anti-spins. It's a strange idea, but once it clicks, it's SO fun. Hope this helps! Have fun.
