Ihow tick is the plexiglas and the wood? did you tape the pad? so basicly you made a sanwinch with the pad but what did you do so when you press a button all the others remain unpress? youre very skilled in ddr by the way,

Is that a soft pad sandwiched between plywood and lexan?!?! It boggles the mind how good that works!

PlexiGlass is very expensive when you can get a cheaper idea. Buy a sheet of plywood from a hardware store (I got mine for 16.95 even though it was supposed to be 24.50) and a sheet of plastic vinyl that they use under office chairs (14.95) VERY CHEAP!!! And my mat works well as ever. I based my mod on this and I can now play Trip Machine Survivor on Heavy and get a good score! My Method works and it is only 30 or so dollars. PS. This is in Australian Currency!

do you screw the plexi glassdown in to the board, and to get the mat to stic to the would do you staple it or seal it?

Screws, you want to use as few screws as possible. Here I got 4, they're just to prevent the plexi from moving. Too many screws or too tight breaks the plexi.
And I dont do anything to the mat. Maybe taping it could work.
