Well, unfortunately some of us weren't alive during this special period of record stores, I'm only 16. When I want an album I don't just illegally download it, I get up early on the day it's released and go to HMV to buy it. I couldn't imagine not owning my favourite albums except on MP3 files, it really would be incredibly impersonal.

Happy birthday, Mike! Stay cool! We love you!

Now seeing him standing in front of the height measure
I wonder how tall he is
-
it would be way cooler to go to a record store to get music, but...
a) cds are more expensive than just downloading off of iTunes or similar sites
b) there won't be as much selection at a local record store, which is especially bad for someone who listens to a lot of obscure bands
so I have to say i disagree...
-
I love record shops but there cds are so expensive.
-
yep. Fuck the internet :D
-
Considering the sun was here before us, unlike that.
-
of course portnoy's right..
but he complains about the process of globalisation/modernisation..a
nd doing that is as pointless as yelling at the sun "go away bitch!" -
he is THE man....in my little town 2 of the local record shops went out of buisness just because a big mall was built just a mile away...damn them!!!!
As much as no one cares about whether you like Dream Theater in order to make a simple spelling correction, I didn't enjoy your correct spelling of the word "athleticism."
