We Are The People by The Ever Hopefuls

From the first time a group of us played it, it felt like a folk anthem for the Democratic National Convention this summer. We believe the core of democracy is that the voice of the people - a strong, thoughtful and compassionate people - should be heard. That's our chorus: "We are the people, our voices must be thoughtful, our voices must be heard, yes, we are the people, and we believe we should have the final word." So get involved and get inspired this election. Let your voice be heard!
