it's true, Panova, Dunasvka, Lobatch and Timoshenko had all the 4 routines of the final with perfect score.
In those times they took the qualification scores into consideration, so since Panova dropped a clubs in the QUAL, Dunavska did a small mistake and Timoshenko too, the ranking ended up to be the one of the qualification, casue no one did any mistake in the final.
If truth is to be told, Dunavska sort of run a bit after a clubs in the first part of her routine. So shouldn't be a 10.

oh my god! her leaps are incredible! she just bounces right off the ground!

She is great, but the routine of Panova with clubs is better. It's a pity than Bianka wasn't at podium in Seul

Is impossible to have a 59'875!
The maxium score they can get it was a 10.
If she had a 10 in the 4 routine, she must had a 40'000

Back then, the qualification score was divided by two, then added to the final score, allowing a maximum score of 60.

If I'm not mistaken the top3 gymnasts had perfect 10s in all 4 routines, They employed some sort of tie breaker to give the AA title to Marina Lobatch of the USSR. Allexandra won the bronze.

It wasn't a tie break system. In 1984 and 1988 the preliminary value divided by two factored into the overall score for all gymnasts in the final.
