blah! i just listened to the original and this version is "Meh" compared to it. I don't usually dislike things on here but this was such a system shock that I was compelled to.

Here's what Wikipedia has to say about this song:

"Everybody's Talkin'" is a folk rock song released by Fred Neil in 1966 that became a global success for Harry Nilsson in 1969, reaching #2 and #6 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart and Pop Singles chart respectively and winning a Grammy after it was featured on the soundtrack for the film Midnight Cowboy.

Great job capturing this on video, great quality on the close-ups too !! This will be on the live album. I got an e-mail from their website a couple days ago. The live Cd is going to be called "Everybody's talkin"" !! They asked for suggestions as to what other songs fans would want on there. I'm going to tell them "I Got a Feeling" (beatles) is a must also. They do a GREAT version of that live. Midnight in Harlem should be on it too, that is mystical live !!

I love the original, and am old enough to remember it. I also Love what TTB has done with it as well, it's got a great groove, I think Harry (I know Harry didn't write it) would appreciate it :) There is also an excellent version by The Beautiful South or New Beautiful South ... Look them up ! If you like Susan Tedeschi, Check out SANDI THOM !! #fleshandblood

Been following Susan since 1996. She has worked with BB King, Buddy Guy, Double Trouble, Johnny Lang, John Mellencamp, S McLachlan/Lilith Fair, EC's Crossroads festival & that's not all. She's definitely graduated past "bar band" status, holy cow, who said that? Sheesh! Susan has been nominated for Grammy awards for crying out loud. She opened for Bob Dylan & Rolling Stones.. . . She's been singing since she was 6 yrs old, ask her. To top it all off, she's a sweetheart!! Love Susan & TTB

Love her voice, but I can see your point. Maybe more like Bonnie Raitt in the early Sippie Wallace, rebel against the Quaker parents phase. But if you got the power, let it loose.
