Ann Sothern appeared as the Countess Rosie Framboise on the Lucy Show starting February 1965 when the series was still set in Westchester County New York. Apparently Lucy and the producers contemplated replacing Vivian Vance who left the Lucy Series in 1965 with Ms. Sothern.
