Did your face go numb for a second time ?, I cant notice much effect on you. My girlfriend says her face is pretty bad. I think stress and over tiredness can be a trigger. .. thanks for your video

at this time it was barely starting i was getting the smyptoms that i got the first two time the first time was bad but the second time was worst i didn't have no movement at all on one side even to blink it was awful

Today my girlfriend got bells palsy for the 2nd time.

She was getting twitches bellow the eye on the cheek which was a sign.

It was 7 years ago when she first got bells and she recovered mostly ok.

Im soo worried about her because I am in another city now.

She was given steroids by her doctor as well.

well it takes awhile to go back to normal but the little nerves heal slow but the best thing to do is to right away go to the doctor and get medication because if you don't stop it you can lose nerve damage. I hope your girlfriend gets better soon.

no just went to my doctor.

try a ear nose throat doctor

i took steroids for 3 days and 3 different doctors said there was nothing they could do go c a ear nose and throat doctor if u can since yours is early i read somewhere they know more about than a reg doctor pray about it too

no improvement i feel down about it all the time but i cant let it stop me.

Riana718 i only had to take steroids for 3 days and nothing happen. i had it now for 5 years. I'm -praying that it will go away. i had a nerve put in left side of my face and nothing. i feel so low about myself. u know it is there, but people say they can't really tell. my niece has it also almost 2 years for her. i don't know what to do. acupunture face lift, what. let me know if u come up wit anything. thanks

Bells Palsy is the pits and when I first noticed it was starting 6 eeks ago - I wasn't to concerned, however now it sucks and it get you down!!!! Anybody who gets this or has this now - I send you all the best and just hope you all get better....

Wow, so this video is you talking about the onset of a 3rd time ?

How are you now? have you recovered from your 3rd attack yet ?, how long did it take to recover ?.. I hope you are ok now and you recovered fast.

I will fly down to visit my girlfriend on Tuesday. She is feeling kinda down and not looking forward to returning to work. I hope she can recover fast.
