Just ordered these and can't wait to try them out. I feel like I have peaked out my training, and with a timbers soccer try out coming up in 7 weeks I need somethin extra. I've been using ankle weights and a 20lbs weight vest, how would you compare them to kbands?

the ankle weights and vest don't stimulate the muscles you need inorder to get the work done you need on the soccer field. You have to be flexible and strong, the bands help with both. It will help with your stride length and frequency while increasing your strength. Increasing your strength means a bigger force hitting the ground and you want this to happen in the least amount of time, therefore increasing your start, acceleration and finish.

The bands enhance muscle stimulation which will increase strength and body control using full range of motion. The ankle weights, and vest are also tools that athletes use but these bands really stimulate the muscles to give you the speed, agility , and power you are looking for. It strengthens your hip flexors, it strengthens your lower limbs, it helps with balance/coordination, and agility. You will notice a difference quick. My football player took his 40 from 4.7 to a 4.67 in just two weeks
