  • Hey RJM wanna do an updated rig vid ;-)

  • @ahvaimusicom Hopefully we can do a new rig video next time they're in town!

  • where did you get that pedal shirt?

  • @armyqpzm We had them made. Feel free to contact us if you want one.

  • Is Joe Don using the Amp Gizmo into a GCX router? Also, could a ground control pro switch 2 amps (clean and dirty) with the dirty amp having multiple channels (rhythm and lead) with a rg 16 only or could it be done with a amp gizmo (or mini) and a gcx router?

  • @jordandcarson For all intents and purposes, an RG-16 is like having a GCX and Mini Amp Gizmo in one box (except better :) ) You can switch between two amps and channel switch them with either an RG-16 or Mini Amp Gizmo / GCX together.

  • interesting to see just how intricate "country" guitar rigs have become. back when it was really country music, players would just run a tele into a fender amp. some may have a compressor.

how many times did the tech use the word "basically"?

  • How nice is this tech!

  • I'd love to spend a day with this guy

  • @jakebooking13

Remember, these guys usually walk all over the stage and out to the iddle of the audience during a lot of their performances so switching between pedals or changing the modulation/effects depth from song to song.

The tech may be responsible for the other backup band musicians effects as well.

  • @jakebooking13

Most big name musicians have intricate setups - you would be doing your concert goers an injustice if your rig fucked up and you had to figure out what was busted in the middle of a performance. Also, the tech will generally be able to work with vendors concerning the newest technologies and products such as switchers and power distribution.

  • kinda seems lazy and way too rock star to have your tech do ALL your patching and switching. It seems like that the equivalent to singing to a vocal track

  • what is the ground controll for when do u need on whats MIDI aaarrrgggh confusing

  • @rjmmusic how much would they be?
