I don't tweet, so @Skyray33158 is useless. FitSquad answered my question a year ago, so thank you for that, FitSquad. As for complaining about free information The "complaint" was a question, perhaps impolitely worded, but none the less answered.

Should this be called a modified Halo or extended halo? The original halo motion is as close to your body as possible, keeping the KB inverted and holding the handles as per the RKC.

Hi Skyray, the first text says "hold the kettlebell by it's body". More in detail, you have four fingers around the body and stick your thumbs through the handle/horns of the kettlebell. I hope this helps.
