The Kettlebell exercise brought to you by Fit Squad works the entire body. Great for your core, shoulders and legs, this exercise will work to strengthen your muscles as well as your cardiovascular system. You can incorporate it into a circuit workout to increase the heart rate, or simply combine it with a regular workout as a great multi-joint exercise.

  • It would be nice to be told how to hold the damned thing

  • Hi Skyray, the first text says "hold the kettlebell by it's body". More in detail, you have four fingers around the body and stick your thumbs through the handle/horns of the kettlebell. I hope this helps.

  • I don't tweet, so @Skyray33158 is useless. FitSquad answered my question a year ago, so thank you for that, FitSquad. As for complaining about free information The "complaint" was a question, perhaps impolitely worded, but none the less answered.

  • @Skyray33158 it's amazing how often people complain concerning free information. Hold it however is most secure for you and won't result in you dropping it on your head.

  • seems like a really good way to bash in your knee

  • Should this be called a modified Halo or extended halo? The original halo motion is as close to your body as possible, keeping the KB inverted and holding the handles as per the RKC.
