the boy seems soooo confused, he should be taught to put phone on his ear/implant.

if you can hear, there is a lot of background noise from the other end of the phone. He HAS been taught to put the phone up to his implant, he was just a little nervous, being his first call and forgot.

it was on a " speaker" you cld either hold the earpiece to the magnet on the head or talk over it as a wlkie talkie it sounds better over a walkie talker for your info, ihave CI and i can understand better thru "speaker" than over my beloved magnet on my head it statics and all that
