thanks for the review, just a quick question:

does this case offer protection to the front surface when putting the phone upside down? i cant seem to figure out whether its the case or the glass surface that touches the table when u put it down

Dang, $30 is really good for what you get. I think I'm going to start buying Case-Mate cases as opposed to Incase and Speck; I just can't seem to understand why they don't include at least ONE screen shield with their cases.

I beg to differ with the statement that the case is not actual aluminium, case-mate's website seems to say that the case is made from aluminium. Unless you have a different version of the case or they changed the design, the case is aluminium. Good review.
