Hello!
This is absoluetly best way to get your Construction skill 74 to 99!
Use Servant Butler (not Demon Butler), this costs you 5k per 20k xp, if u use sacred clay hammers as i said in video.
This will cost you around 65m-70m if you keep training just Oak doors in your POH (players own house) dungeon. Also this is very fast way. You get about 500k-600k xp in hour! So whole thing takes around 21hours + time what you spend in Stealin Creation minigame. :)
