Is ASMR debilitating when it is triggered? Because I've always had tingle sensations when watching massages or hearing Australian accents. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be more intense of a feeling but it usually puts me to sleep. This video was good

I really like the sound of Russian! I wish I could speak it ;) I am Polish and some people say, that those two languages are quite similar (they might sound alike to foreigners, i think) but still I can understand only few words you say. and the video is soooooo, so relaxing that I'm getting sleepy, even though I wasn't sleepy at all a few minutes ago :))
