  • At least the Italians left behind a sparkling, beautiful and modern city. They also built two of the most incredible engineering marvels of it's time: the powered cableway from the coast into the mountains (which the British and native Eritreans dismantled) and the mountain railway (which the Eritreans are now rebuilding). When Eritrea was occupied by the British and then the Ethopians, it was a time of total stagnation.

  • westentrance, u have got it right bro good point u have made ......REALITY!!

  • @westentrance Your right, Eritreans need a master. hopefully the italians comeback one day :) (fucking askari!! haha slaves)

  • YEAHH ETHIOPIA MOTHER FUCKER!!! FUCKING ASKARI'S AND THEIR SHARMUTAS!!

  • @KingSolomonUW2004 no no it would not of been developed

  • @westentrance How can you justify going to someone's homeland with the intentions of forcing the citizens to abide by laws, social policies, and a conscience from a foreign mindset? Italians used military power to force Eritreans unarmed country to accept their way of life, or face annihilation. Wording by calling Eritreans "Native" to begin with, therefore seem to show some insight of a "Passive-Racist Personality." With, or without Italian occupation, hence Eritrea would of still be developed

  • @EriPages Mussolini implemented immoral social policies against Eritreans. For instance, Eritreans were not allowed access to many opportunities on the same playing fields with Italians in education, employment, civil rights, and forced to become a thrall position, as it were. Nevertheless, this was not the case before fascism came into effect in Eritrea. Not contesting Italians were not planning to make conquests in Ethiopia evidently. Retrospect, just focusing on fascism element rubbish..

  • @KingSolomonUW2004

Mussolini merely speeded up the process of invading Ethiopia....Italy never cared for our little Eritrea

They just wanted to use it as a launchpad to invade the rest of the country

When Mussolini came into power, like I said, only expedited the process

  • @pompei1968

Eritrea shouldn't even exist, your Italian ancestors created it, which has destabilized the Horn of Africa

If Italy never invaded Ethiopia 3 times...Emperor Haile Selassie I would have continued his modernization programs unhindered...& there would never have been an Ethiopian Revolution of 1974 which plunged the country into Communism (which is one of the worst forms of government)

As an Italian u should repent by pushing for Ethiopian reunification under constitutional monarchy

  • @EriPages ya...but why dont you look @ eritrea today !!! 1 of the top 10 poor countries in the world

  • @westentrance u bastard hamassen u r z least people in Africa ....................now the turn is for Somalia ,u will colonized by Somalians

  • @loki04sw forza italia and its colonies!! BUT FUCK JUVENTUS!!! forza napoli
