Darn, this video isn't playing properly, though all of your others are. This one is artfully split into a bunch of boxes. ;)

Thanks for sharing perfect form the way I was taught in the 80s,,To much over kill going on today and here there was not..Great focus and execution of technique..This helped me allot.. Bow

i really like the way she does her forms, u can really get to see each movement.

Amy, I read most of the negative comments about your form being jerky, etc. but I see it as 'karate' like. Your comment about your dislike for 'flowing' hands I will take under consideration. I can see it both ways. You seem to be influenced by Tatum and/or Speakman in a lot of your moves. Overall, great job.

this is also a dancer where r the powerful ppl

I see a bunch of silat strikes in there as well. Great job on your form.

very sexy...i mean...uhhh never mind. im only learning some blue stuff from my dad. his teacher was lee wedlake so im sure its the correct stuff.

Mr Parker called moves like this constipated. When y'r jerky, yr chi doesn't flow properly, & its a vicious cycle, bcuz the more jerky yr moves are, the less yr chi flows. Making Kenpo useless isn't a good preference. Mr Parker hated this sort not only because it's ugly, but also because it doesnt work. Someone fighting w/ smooth, flowing motions has more power, & is much harder to counter than someone w/ jerky, ugly movements. Kenpo is a beautiful, practical style. Why make it ugly?

looks like hard style okinawan stuff, needs to be more fluid

Can you go though that and show why you use some of the hit and things and where people are and such?
Actually I thought it was the flowing hands form?

That's what I've heard it called too, but it's not my preference to do it that way. I've seen people do it like that and I don't like it. Just my preference. :)

Im in the process of learning 6, so I cant really say much, but theres a little bit of jerkiness in your movements, my teacher told me this was the "flowering-hands" form, meaning that the hands never stop

I don't like to do it really flowery. I don't like the look of the form when it's all flowery. Doesn't make sense to me. So it's on purpose.
