Yes artillary strikes look different from anything else lol they look similar because thats how arty strikes do look in real life.

iam not so sure. the original opf team developed arma and arma2. opf2 seems to have more action.

The original Flashpoint was written by a different team od develpment (Bis: the guys of Arma and Arma2). Bis broke with Codemaster and Codemster still keep the right to use the original name: Operation Flashpoint.
