  • @Hejmandiz95 eller hur? och hästar har ju för det mesta bra muskler i baken även om dem inte har lät sig allt det där!

  • i would love to learn ride like he does

  • @Elerian17 I can't say i agree, although I can see your point. a horse can't extend or lengthen its gaits without a little umph from the rider, that's their cue. But each to their own, I like the extra drive, personally.

  • @aileenmerin Well, that could be true for his pelvis, but what about his hunched shoulders moving angrily forward and backward...? I don't say that I don't do the same sometimes, when I ride a horse with a high action, but when it happens to such an experienced rider...? I don't know...

  • @xXGlamRiderXx No, of course he has to go with the horse's movement... But more... relaxedly... it is hard to describe. As it is, it looks like the rider nudges the horse in the back by his pelvis to force him to extend the gait (his hunched shoulders say the same). I believe that the best riders go with the horse in the way that "from outside" it looks like they don't move at all - although it is not so, they move in the perfect harmony with the horse... That is what I meant. :)

  • @Elerian17 You aren't suggesting that he keeps his seat immobile do you? That would restrict the horse's movement. He isn't being exaggerated in any way, actually, he's just going with the horse's big stride.

  • @Elerian17: He is not excessively driving with his seat at all - the horse's back moves so much at the extended canter, what you are looking at is Jan's seat actually following the motion.

  • Beautiful:)

  • ciao

  • jag såg honom på en grej! inte hästen men jan brink!
