  • That is a similar price to US programs. They are all very expensive. I'm going to be taking two classes this winter at the Institute for Culinary Education--one on truffles and the other on non-dairy chocolate desserts. Both are in their recreational division.

  • Well, over all probably Cordon Bleu. But, Lenotre specializes in pastry and chocolate even though they teach other types of courses. Lenotre is one of the top 10 chocolatiers in France.
