That is a similar price to US programs. They are all very expensive. I'm going to be taking two classes this winter at the Institute for Culinary Education--one on truffles and the other on non-dairy chocolate desserts. Both are in their recreational division.
Well, over all probably Cordon Bleu. But, Lenotre specializes in pastry and chocolate even though they teach other types of courses. Lenotre is one of the top 10 chocolatiers in France.
