A spy run on pl_Badwater, demonstrating just how ridiculous the latest patch is in regards to spies. Because the cloak is now replenished whenever the spy picks up ammo, the spy has become ridiculously overpowered, balanced only by the apparent bug caused by overhealing.
This video shows that a spy can run from Blu's first spawn all the way to Red's spawn, remaining cloaked the entire time.* Badwater is the longest single map in the game (excluding all of Hydro, though it's longer than any individual stage), which just goes to show how ridiculous this is.
*I ran out of cloak about halfway across, a couple steps away from an ammo crate. If I ran it a few more times, I could probably make it, but it's not worth the effort.
For those who would point out that this is in ideal circumstances - that is, nobody to dodge, remember that every time you backstab someone, all you have to do is pick up their fallen weapon and your cloak is recharged...
If you could run across the entire level while remaining completely invisible to all other players in almost any other game, there's be riots in the streets.
The problem is that all classes other than the pyro have no chance at catching a spy if the spy knows what he's doing and wants to disappear. This makes it way too easy for spies to dominate teams by assassinating players then retreating, then returning. They can always retreat, removing their chief weakness (being dead if caught).

the spy cant attack anyone when cloaked.
