@Fx4Ranger2002 Yeah feeders are cheap and pretty animals
:) I just pay a dollar for 10 of them so it's a good deal
-
@MrRobertoHead I guess ill be buying 8 or so feeders today because my two female fancy guppies died a few days ago
-
man i need to get some of those and breed them but sadly no fish store has any feeder gupps
-
@Fx4Ranger2002 Oh I see :)
-
@MrRobertoHead Me breeding the guppies was just gonna be for something interesting to do and the mature fry that were dull in color would be fed to my swarm of 8 crazy african cichlids in my 55 gallon
-
@Fx4Ranger2002 Oh That sucks!
I have right now like 25 frys haha
and they are really cool I am just waiting to then to grow
so I can put them in the tank and the others will be
my betta fish dinner ;) haha!

@MrRobertoHead Well something unexpected happened. I found my red female dead, there was some brownish color on her abdomen that wasnt there before. And my yellow female was at the top of the tank swimming vertical and twitching like she had gone retarded. I found the guppy dead this morning. My two fancy males and cory cat are still alive

@Fx4Ranger2002 Yes I have 5 male Endler guppys (feeders)
and 10 Fancy guppys females and they have a lot of cool babys
:) so is possible
-
@Fx4Ranger2002 that is possible because I have done this as an experiment but the difference was I had a fancy female guppy and a feeder male babies turn out to be more like mom so yeh its possible

I got a question, I have a 5 gallon hex with 2 fancy male guppies and about 10 random small feeder guppies as well as 2 black skirt tetras. There are lots of females(I noticed the black spot in their belly) as well as a few males( bright orange, blue, and black spots on their bodies). Do you think that my fancy male guppies will breed with my feeder females?
I have quite a few of them.
