    Yes, I tried it (a slightly different version of it: did not have Stock Pot so used Knorr Mealmaker Beef Casserole +carrots, parsnips and mushrooms). I was VERY SCEPTICAL about the prune juice as well but it turned out lovely!

    Prune juice did not make anyone to run to the toilet :-) For 750 gr. of beef, I used 500 ml of stock, 250 ml of Guinness & 200ml of prune juice so don't worry about the prune juice - it won't work as a laxative with all the meat, veggies and stock ;-)
