la verdad no se la insistencia en esas posiciones casi en el aire, para una señora con sobrepeso no sirve, los saltos mucho menos, me parece que quieren inventar algo nuevo para sobresalir y solo es para unos pocos..se ve como te tiemblan las piernas, no se si por debilidad xq estas demasiado delgada o xq el ejercicio es tan complicado...no me agrdo

@EbonyBurns Hi sweetie, I hate that word too! You can definitely use my workouts to help you reach your fitness goals at your age. Also, a lot of my workouts are low impact so they're light on the joints and ligaments for those who are just starting out.

Hey Niki, anyway you can ease the lunges on the knees?

@babygurly914 Yes, of course. You can modify this by doing a stationary lunge. Step out far enough so that both legs are in 90 degree angles on the lunge. Make sure that you do not lock the knees on the way up(there should always be a slight bend in the knees to prevent injury). If you want to increase the intensity, you can do an alternating lunge, where you're doing exactly the same motion I just explained, but your front leg comes back to meet the back leg and then alternate legs. :)
