@karaokematt82 its called downloading nancy because she posts the desire for assisted suicide online and a guy who offers to help her... ends up meeting her and falling in love (like downloading a file). but he has to decide if he loves her enough to put her out of her misery and follow through on the assisted suicide or if its too painfull for his own emotinal well being to destroy what he loves.
