Darce Defense

BJJ Blackbelt and UFC coach Burton Richardson shows a very simple adjustment to counter the darce. Burton's darce defense can be applied immediately by grapplers and MMA fighters.

Thanks. He has to re-pummel to an underhook to pass safely. If he just passes, you can get to your knees and take his back. If he does re-pummel, then you are no longer in Darce danger.

before ppl start yellin at me and hurt my feelins jk my background is in judo and kickboxing im a brownbelt and my friends i train with have backgrounds in wrestling sambo and jiu jitsu and what we came up with is the person on bottom goes for a lock down first then the trapped arm goes into a limp arm then over hook and from what we got is a godfather sweep thats just something we do if you like it let or not plz let me know and if you wanna see the godfather sweep hit up submissions 101 for it

Yes, I use it when I do the whip up before going for old school, or getting to the dog fight, etc.
