  • @trippout 這些動作只是活動一下身體,但並沒有達到伸展肌肉的目的,做不做­,對將要從事高強度的後續運動沒什麼助益,肌肉要充份伸展過後,­活動力才能發揮,才會有更好的運動表現。所以我們要學會的是如何­正確伸展肌肉的方法。
