@flowerpuff2001 Scotland won't be a republic ! When we become independent, we will still have Queen Elizabeth as our head of state like they do in 16 other countries including Canada, Australia etc. She will be known as Elizabeth Queen of Scots.

Besides it is illegal to have a scottish republic because of the acts of union and the agreements made when the Scottish king, King James VI, became the King of England after Queen Elizabeth I's death.

Even though, she still looks regal but her voice is pretty different now, isn't it? Possibly because of Her Majesty's growing age!
