MS didn't trick me into paying for online gaming. I chose to do that on my own. They didn't trick me into buy shitty hardware. One, nobody knew, and two, anytime you spend money on something(especially electronics)you're at risk for failure. There are no gurantees.

I really don't see the point of owning an Xbox if it doesn't have many exclusives. Plus, with Bungie out the loop with Halo, what does the Xbox have left? Gears? Both are *very* good games, but with competitors pumping out exclusives of different genres like free candy, I don't see how the Xbox is going to survive. (Off topic, but the rumored/mostly confirmed Radeon graphics card is another low blow. MS is practically pulling a Wii & limiting the graphical potential so they can focus on casuals)

my take on it is

microsoft = multiplayer console; for controller design and they have fair servers(they have been dropping in that area lately)

sony= single player all out because the graphics are awsome and have awsome story line unlike microsoft that has bad storylines for any exclusives like halo<(this is my opinion)

"The Network Effect" from a N4G article states the truth by basically saying kids want to play what everyone else is playing and there friends bought a cheap xbox so they buy one.to play with there friends, they basically fall into a trap because they don't know any better.

Wii = crappy

nintento ds, dsi and 3d are ok but i mean the 3d gives you a headache after playnig it for an hour or so and the ps vita beats them anyway
