  • Great playing, Its amazing how great these fantoms can actually sound with someone who actually knows how to play. Youtube is flooded with fantom vids of self-proclaimed hip hop producers making the fantom sound like garbage. Thanks for showing what it can really do : )

  • @jgk381 glad you enjoy the video :)

  • Real nice! Recently got the Fantom X and am trying to figure out how to make new rhythm patterns and assign them to the 8 rhythm darkened pads so that they can be picked up as a "performance" setup in the User section. Youtube beat making videos don't show the actual procedure (i.e. which buttons to push and which screens to pull up), only the results. Any advice? Or, of you ever make a Fantom X tutorial, please consider this topic.

  • hmm i havent really gotten to into that. i usually stuck with the regular beats and sounds on there. i make beats, its just that i make them in stuff like reason or fl studio. though if you wanted, you can make beats in one of those, and then bounce the beats as audios and import them onto the fantom and set them up on the pads. like sampling. other than that, im not really sure what to do. hope this helps a bit

  • is that a fantom preset? i love that style of EP. Very 80s

  • yep, its a preset hehe.

    thanks bro

  • @jgk381 I agree, this is real music...

  • No hay como korg para los EP

  • Thx. Yeah that's what I've been doing, using the original presets and sometimes modifying a bit but haven't yet learned how to make new rhythms from scratch. If you ever do, I'd be interested in watching it on video.

  • its been a while, but if im not mistaken, i believe i used the FM EP in the Electric Piano Section

    ( PR-A:035 FM EP )

    enjoy bro!
