Another possibility is that there to lazy to use good voice actors. Or it might be for cost reasons.

Lies. That developers say that because they hate compressing sound data just to fit it on a disc. And how the hell is 25GB not enough for Japanese and American language even uncompressed? Don't believe everything the devs say.

wait now its being dubbed in English where 2 and 3 weren't, its a really bad move sega,... unless you somehow some kind of way to have both Japanese voice and English and English voice only, and let the buyer decide what they want,.. In that case I'm all for that

@davutz If we do a TV advert would you expect it to be in Japanese? A voiceover for a western trailer is naturally going to be localised.
Voices are the same as before, the rich Japanese vocals with English subtitles.
