In this episode of the Running Raw Project: There is no better way to see the country than to drive across it and stop every few hundred miles to go for a run.

  • Beautiful scenery! While I am sure you were tired, it was a neat experience.

  • Tim, I love your videos, could you do 5 hours a week?

  • That's a pretty harsh judgement. My opinion is that when you become raw, it's like finding the magic secret that is right in front of everyone, but no-one seems to be able to see. It's natural to want to shout it from the roof tops. Sure, you can be "healthy" on cooked food, but you will never reach that place of perfect health and vitality that a 100% raw food lifestyle can bring. I think Tim is just trying to help other people feel as great as he does. Why hit him below the belt like that?

  • Dont get bogged down in the 'Paralysis of Analysis . If the concept intrigues you, Try it on yourself !

  • Well, you'll never believe anyone else until you try it for yourself. Healthy cooked foods versus raw foods is like night and day. Try it for a few months and you'll see for yourself.

  • I don't disagree and i have done some research. You can't deny that there are VERY healthy people out there that eat cooked food. What I want to know is what DEGREE is raw better than cooked..?? Everything else being equal Raw =, let's say, 9/10 for feeling healthy and cooked is???..3/10..4/10...I don't think it is that far away from a raw food diet, if of course you eat and cook the right stuff...

  • No, not as healthy as you can be with raw foods. If you experience the health and beauty of raw foods, you want to share it with those around you. Tim is doing a fabulous thing by showing the world that you can be an amazing athlete as a raw vegan.
