I'm from california and have att prepaid plan. you can;t buy apps or ringtones. all their links to buy apps or ringtones are UK only sites. this phone is especially made for the european consumer. not for us americans. the only thing that works is texting, internet, and phone calls. but overall its a great phone. it freezes a lot so you than have to remove the battery and start it up again. but whatever.
