I did read the uncorrected galleys, since I work for a publisher (abnd no, not affiliated with M. Carroll in any way !) All I can say is, if you are expecting a good comic book thrill ride with more than decent characters, you won't be disappointed ! It reminded me of the DJ MacHale "Pendragon" books — though faster on the action — with a Marvel comics feel !
