Leah's second cello recital.
Leah and Stanford started cello at the same time in the fourth grade and in the same programs up through eigth grade. Last year she started taking lessons from the same great cello professor Dr David Low, so now we get to hear them both play again!

  • good job

  • Hi, you played Saint Saen Cello Concerto very good. Actually you probably play better than me. I hate stretching with my fingers, but stretching tried to move your left elbow when you are about to reach a higher note instead of using your hands that way your intonation will improve dramatically.

  • Awesome job. Im inspired...just picked up the cello for the first time and see how tough it is. Keep it up!

  • You sound great. I really like the piece you chose to play and you look magnificent with the cello.

  • Thanks! It's true! My hands are huge compared to her, and there are very difficult stretched for me! This concerto can be very difficult, especially for the learning cellist. People need to be more supportive.

  • Camille Saint-Saen's Concerto No. 1 in A minor. A very difficult piece to play.

  • what's the name of this piece? I like it

  • oh and one more thing if you guys read its her second cello recital. were you thinking of how nervous she was miss.jana cello? or mr. pbaron?

  • ohh and adding to my comment do you realize that the pianist is making tons&tons of noise behind her? it kind of hard to hear herself. and i know your thinking the cello's loud, but so is piano.

  • VV all of you under me who said that she needs to practicee i bet you dont even play cello. honestly shut up. do you have any idea how hard it is to shift down there and stretch? or do you you know how hard it is to sit there in front of those people. or not to make any scratches while playing? do you know how many weeks she probably practiced this just to get it that good? guess not? so for now just shut up kay thanks bye.
