A live improvisation for me and my computer. I'm playing "electro-acoustic percussion boards" that I built that were inspired by the work of my friend Tom Nunn. The output of these boards is going through a computer program that frequency shifts and delays the sounds - so the computer is creating a constantly changing accompaniment for me based on the way it changes my playing. I hope you enjoy this video! Software: Plogue Bidule, Arturia Moog Modular V, Cycling 74 Pluggo, Algorithmic Arts ArtWonk. Hardware: contact mics, mixer, Dell laptop.

  • It seems everything can make frequencies and pitches. Sound effects by themselves ain't stravinsky but great things are done everyday with tools and imagination such as these!

  • herrm ... well its verry nice but im not shure i would pay to see it
