Compilation of the last few days catching trains around Spokane Washington. Opening train sequence was very shaky due to no tripod - I was using a stick I found on the ground to try balancing the camera. This train is high up in the treeline as it is crossing the Latah Creek bridge on the west end of the famous "BNSF Funnel".
The other shots were taken at the east end of the downtown corridor, near the Amtrak depot, where the grade was elevated in the early 1900's to alleviate traffic congestion. There is also some demolition of old buildings going on to make room for a road extension into the new "University district" near the Gonzaga campus.
This is part 1.
I must remember the earthquake excuse. LOL. Excellent.
