Beautiful interpretation of Jessye Norman and grand orchestra. Often played this beautiful piece orchestra in my country and I am thrilled every time I hear.

My parents used to play Carmen when we cleaned the house; I couldn't tell you anything about the version, production or recording aside from knowing that Jessye Norman was Carmen. The point that I'm getting at is that Jessye Norman is so talented that her recording got a teenage boy to clean his room and appreciate opera. It's too bad she's unlikely to read this: I'm sure it would bring a smile to her face the same way her voice brings one to mine.
