Is Obama a US Citizen? The Birth Certificate presented by the Obama campaign has been photoshopped.Obama has posted what appears to be a fake birth certificate on his "smears" page to end rumors that he is not a US Citizen. If he has nothing to hide, why post a fake document? For $10 he can get a new one. It appears the image posted on Obama's "smears" page is a copy of what was posted by "Kos". Doesn't Obama have an certifided copy? Why did his own campaign have to copy it off a blog?

It appears that it has now been proved that Obama's cetificate is a fake. A blogger had sent the daily kos a blank form containing only the time and island filled in. Even the cetificate number area is blank-and what he submitted is of higher resolution than the certificates on the daily Kos or obama's website. It is impossible to increase resolution in a jpeg-His blank had to have been used to make the lower resolution certificates on these sites. Obama is a fraud.-

Well,actually Title 8 section 1401 (h) has the answer! Then again if there are any doubts find the answer through INS. The INS website has the rules for citizenship(natural-born/nativ­e-born) under INA:ACT 301 (h) !!! But yet if you still want to doubt then simply find out when his father entered Hawaii !!!!!

Exactly how old do you think Obama is? "Native born" and "natural born" are two entirely different terms. Natural born citizens are not the children of foreigners.

Obama's records will be treated like M.L. King's records (sealed for 50 years), why? Because if America ever found out the truth about this man, his background, his real birth information, his college thesis, he would be ousted as POTUS. This in turn would lead to Civil War II. @cris750, Obama's father arrived in Hawaii in 1959 and he left Hawaii in 1962. He was a British citizen when he arrived and he was still a British citizen when he left. The law you refer, INA:ACT 301 (h) has nothing to do with Obama or his father.
