The mourning continues

Friends and family of Jonelle Philgence held a vigil to remember her life Wednesday. The programme organized by Monroe College where Philgence was a student sought to remember the young lady for the exuberance she brought to life, rather than the graphic images of her body contorted in skeletal-defying positions in the bushes of Bois DOrange after the collision.
