Seoul's third and final attempt to launch a Naro space rocket comes a month after Pyongyang successfully launched a rocket.

Previous attempts in 2009 and 2010 failed to launch. Last-minute technical problems forced two recent efforts in October and November to be aborted.

Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Seoul.
