It's not made to be a fucking phone people, DON'T YOU SEE IT'S WINDOWS VISTA!! It's a UMPC (similar to a laptop or netbook. And has tablet-PC like features such as touchscreen) It uses a SIM card to access mobile internet anywhere and it has optional SMS features in SnapVUE (SnapVue is a slimmed down version of Windows Mobile, you can hack it and "Liberate" your shift if you want to use it as a phone somehow, but it's not made to be one)

Can we download in it any software we want such as Microsoft's 97 Software Called "TalkAny"and other Dictionary software for Translation from English-to-English and English-to-Urdu or to any other Language ? Plus I want to know that Can we have in it Mozilla FireFox as well ? and how's the Sound & Video Quality and how does YouTube Opens in it ?

It is normal PC. You can install any software just like to any other computer.
Sound and video is ok, but it is not as powerfull as many laptops
